PAYMENT

An invoice with the amount due is sent immediately after the auction ends. Payment is due within 3 days of the auction ending. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted on the 4th day and an Unpaid Item Case will be opened. Due to the volume of items that are listed, sold and shipped, I have to adhere to this policy to make it fair to all other bidders. Paypal is the preferred method of payment but I also accept cashier checks.

NOTE: An additional $2.00 is added to the invoice for all items being shipped to California, Washington and Nevada.

SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC

Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received except for on weekends and holidays. All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. An email is automatically emailed once the item has been shipped. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking information after 48 hours, please feel free to send me an email and I will send it to you directly. Domestic shipping includes HI, AK, APO and US Territories.

INTERNATIONAL

International packages are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Insurance will be automatically added to your invoice based on the value of the purchase. The value that is paid for the bag is the declared value. Please do not request for the value to be reduced or declared as a gift. It is against the law so please take any duties and taxes into consideration before bidding. Paypal is the only method of payment accepted. Free shipping for Buy it Now is NOT offered to International buyers. The cost of shipping will be added to he invoice.

RETURNS

Most times the bidder is overjoyed with their purchase but if you are not happ happy with your item, it may be returned with the following guidelines:

1. Buyer must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item.

2. The email requesting the return must be included in the box.

3. Item must be returned in its original package and condition

4. Shipping will be paid ONLY if the item was misrepresented, and the shipping cost must not be higher than the amount originally paid otherwise the buyer is responsible for the all shipping fees.

5. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items unless the item was misrepresented.

6. Refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours once the package is received and inspected.

Please note that the measurements are only approximates and they are not exact. They are close but may be slightly off.
